The KForce handheld dynamometer is equipped with precision electronic force sensors that provide real-time acoustic and optical biofeedback to your smartphone or tablet via the KFORCE application. It is perfect for immediate muscle assessment. Muscle Controller is versatile and customizable in many configurations. The app stores your patient results in a database. You can then track his progress on maximum strength, endurance and muscle symmetry in the app database.
An indispensable tool among every physiotherapist, chiropractor, trainer.
The device can also be tested at our office in Juhkentali 15

[/ vc_column] [/ vc_row]Max strength evaluation
This assessment tests the maximum capacity of a muscle group in a specific situation. Max corresponds to 100% muscle capacity. It is associated with short and strenuous physical exertion and is very useful as a work reference. The most relevant measured parameter is the peak force.
Strength assessment
This assessment makes it possible to measure the ability to maintain physical exertion over time. It involves a long and sustained effort. The strength indicator is the average of the strength maintained over a long period of time to describe durability. This assessment also highlights the degree of fatigue of strength.
Configure the exercise
The exercises can be adapted to train the patient or athlete in the desired zone and optimize the work. After the evaluation results, the target area can be adjusted to a percentage of the maximum rating.
Repetition is important
Based on the results, your patient is taught with a certain number of repetitions (% of the maximum) to achieve a specific goal. With Reps Counts, you can track real-time results and repetition rates. A repetition is counted when a cycle of muscle contraction and release occurs.
Isometric exercise
In contrast to the census, this exercise requires constant and static movement rather than compression and release cycles. This means maintaining muscle contraction while maintaining a firm position, and it requires control over the level of strength. You can set goals for your patients.
Challenges to play
Meet KINVENT's kangaroo Karl, who moves in different playful settings. The games are customizable to train the patient or athlete for fun and towards a goal that can be adjusted as a percentage of the maximum score based on the results of the evaluation. In addition, there are ten difficulty levels in each game, which provide the patient / athlete with an additional challenge.
Diving
Karl is a diver! Your patient will have fun controlling movement and strength to avoid the average fish by collecting a fortune of pearls and diamonds.
Desert
This rehab game makes Karl develop by gliding in his desert. Controlling movement by applying strength so Karl can avoid the cacti. By collecting as many tree leaves and butterflies as possible, your patient will be happy to play.
Detailed results
Evaluation of the maximum isometric strength of a horizontal shoulder wrench. The results make it possible to point out the deficiencies or imbalances of the injured shoulder compared to this particular movement of the whole shoulder. Each KFORCE report can be exported to PDF.
Tracking results over time
The key to progress in functional rehabilitation is motivation. Behind this motivation may be measurement and the ability to compare the starting point in the current situation, as well as how much work remains to be done before a full recovery or return to sport. Each KFORCE report can be exported in PDF format.
