The ordering conditions of the e-shop of Inpello OÜ (hereinafter referred to as medpoint.ee or the seller) (hereinafter referred to as the conditions) apply to all persons (hereinafter referred to as the buyer or consumer) who use the medpoint.ee e-shop or order goods from the medpoint.ee e-shop.

REGISTRATION

  • Only the information necessary to complete the order is required for registration. We treat personal data as confidential and disclose it to third parties only if it is necessary for the delivery of the goods or in cases prescribed by law.
  • The seller reserves the right to send the customer information about new products and special offers. The customer has the right to request the deletion of his / her data from the seller's database.

ORDERING

  • To place an order, select the appropriate product and add it to the cart.
  • Choose the appropriate delivery method.
  • Adding a product to the cart does not oblige you to buy. The product is kept in the shopping cart until you delete it or make a purchase.
  • To place an order, make sure you have entered all the required information.
  • The terms of delivery of the products are valid within the Republic of Estonia unless otherwise stated.
  • The seller has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded via the e-store without sanctions and not to deliver the ordered goods or provide the service in the following cases:
    - the goods are out of stock;
    - the price or features of the goods have been displayed incorrectly in the e-shop due to a system error;
    - if the buyer does not meet the conditions laid down by the seller.
    If the seller is unable to fulfill the order, the buyer will be contacted and the amount paid will be refunded if the buyer has managed to pay in advance for the goods.
  • The price of the goods and the availability of the goods may change on an ongoing basis and without prior notice. If the buyer has placed the order before changing the price of the goods, the price valid at the time of the order will be applied.
  • 90% of orders are placed on the same day! Provided it is cleared and payment is received before 15 p.m. Orders placed by LP will be placed in the mail the following Monday. NB! Bank charges are received immediately and transfers are made 00 times a day.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

  • When confirming the order, the e-shop will automatically direct you to the selected Internet bank or the bank details will be sent to E-mail for transfer.
  • If the prepayment is not received within 3 days, the order will be canceled.
  • The goods will be shipped after payment is received. You will also receive an order confirmation with a PDF invoice (sent to order@medpoint.ee).
  • Orders received over the weekend will be fulfilled on the first working day.
  • However, if any of the ordered products are not available, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible.
  • Customer or order discount (including promotional code discount) does not apply to postage.

  • When making a purchase from epo, we guarantee that the product will be available in the store at the agreed time, if you want to pick it up at the store yourself.
  • No booking possible. If you notice that the product you want is out of stock, you can write to info@medpoint.ee. We will try to take your wishes into account.
  • If you want to pick up the goods yourself after placing the order, it is possible to do so within 1 week after placing the order (except for a separate agreement). If this is not done within 1 month, the "booked" product (s) will go on sale.

PRICES

  • All prices in the medpoint.ee online store are in Euros and include 20% VAT.
  • Medpoint.ee reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer submitted his order before the price changes took effect, the price that was reflected on the invoice at the time of placing the order applies to him. The customer has no right to demand compensation for the price difference.
  • Epoe and store prices may differ. In epo, you can find additional discounts that have not been implemented in the store.

ORDER RETURN

Right of return within 14 days of receipt (if all conditions attached to the return are met):
  • You will be notified of the return request (info@medpoint.ee). The application must contain the following information: the returned goods, the order / invoice number and the current account to which the money will be returned. In addition, we recommend that you indicate the reason why you want to return the order. If the goods have been purchased as part of a campaign in which another product has been added to the goods, the buyer must return the entire set, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The goods must be returned within 30 days of the withdrawal application;
  • The product must be unused and correctly packed in the original packaging.
  • The costs of return are borne by the customer (for example, the transport costs paid) in the amount of 194 to 4 € according to § 12 (XNUMX) of the LPA, unless the delivered item does not correspond to the ordered one (wrong or defective product).
    IMPORTANT! If the customer forgets / fails to pick up the parcel and the goods are automatically returned to the sender (Inpello OÜ), the customer is obliged to cover the costs of the refundable amount.
  • If, as a result of the inspection of the condition of the goods performed by the seller after the return of the goods, it has become clear that the goods to be returned have deteriorated, the buyer must be compensated for the decrease in the value of the thing. The seller may submit a request to this effect no later than within one month from the arrival of the returned goods. The buyer is obliged to compensate the value of the goods if the goods have been processed by the buyer, damaged, encumbered with the rights of a third party, etc.

LIABILITY AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

  • In the case of goods that do not comply with the terms of the contract (do not correspond to the offered sample or have defects), the consumer has the right to file a complaint and return the goods. In the case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to lodge a complaint with the seller within two years from the date of delivery of the goods. The complaint must be submitted immediately, but not later than within two months from the discovery of the defect in the goods. In order to solve later problems more easily, the consumer must keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.), which prove that the goods have been purchased from the medpoint.ee e-store. Without a document proving the sale, the seller may not solve the problem.
  • In case of non-compliance of the product, the customer must send an e-mail to info@medpoint.ee with the following information within two months:
    1. customer name and contact details;
    2. the date on which the complaint was lodged;
    3. Defective product, please include photos if possible.
    4. Claim submitted to Medpoint.ee;
    5. invoice number, if possible add a copy of the invoice.
  • The seller is not responsible for defects in the goods that have occurred due to improper use or damage to the goods.
  • The Seller shall not compensate for moral damage or loss of income that may be caused to the Customer by changing the delivery times, prices and other conditions within the framework of these conditions.
  • As of January 01, 2022, the obligation to prove the causes of defects is on the seller within 1 year after the purchase, later the consumer must prove that it is a manufacturing error, and not a defect caused by the consumer's own incorrect use.
  • Product batteries are guaranteed for 6 months.
  • The battery must be kept half full. Storing the battery empty or fully charged will lead to its premature destruction. The new batteries are half full.

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal data that has become known in the course of ordering and making purchases at Medpoint.ee will be treated as confidential information. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties. The company uses the Customer's personal data to send the ordered products to the customer or in case of questions related to the orders.
The feedback left by the customer may be used by Medpoint.ee for advertising purposes only if the customer has given his consent.
All customer comments are first reviewed and then the store manager chooses which ones to publish and which not.
In the customer's comment, the store manager is allowed to make only linguistic corrections without changing the meaning of the comment.
The customer can request the deletion of his / her data from the Medpoint.ee database at any time.
