NB! If the initially selected delivery method is not suitable, we reserve the right to change it. For example, if the dimensions of the order exceed the limitations of the parcel machine, we will adjust the delivery method accordingly. The cabinets of DPD, Omniva, Venipak and Unisend parcel machines are smaller than those of Itella SmartPost. If the weight of the order exceeds 32 kg, we send the goods by courier. Oversized goods such as massage chairs, treadmills or toe walls are sent by Raben transport. Please take into account that the customer may need to bring the goods from outside to indoors, as couriers may not always do this.

Itella SmartPOST parcel machine (2.03 €)

SmartPOST parcel machines are located in larger shopping centers. You can find the locations of the machines from here. To use the service, you must enter the correct mobile number to which an SMS and email will be sent upon arrival of the goods.

You can also use the redemption service with Smartpost. In other words, the customer can pay with a bank card for both the goods and the transport by picking up the parcel.

Omniva parcel machine (2.00 €)

Omniva parcel machines are located outside in major shopping centers. You can find the locations of the machines from here. Upon arrival of the goods, you will be sent an SMS or, if desired, an e-mail. The message contains the location of the parcel machine, the door code, the return code and the end of the storage period. When you enter the door code, you will receive the parcel from the parcel machine. You can pick up your parcel from the parcel machine regardless of the time of day - you can use the parcel machines outdoors 24 hours a day. We will keep your package in the Omniva parcel machine for up to 7 days.

DPD Pickup points (2.06 €)

Venipak parcel machine (€2.00)

Venipak parcel machines are convenient and safe self-service goods reception points located in strategically accessible places all over Estonia. These parcel machines allow customers to receive their packages at a time that suits them, regardless of the courier's working hours. Using the machines is easy and fast: the customer receives a collection code via SMS or e-mail, which can be used to take the package out of the machine.

DPD Courier (5.28 €)

DPD courier will deliver the parcel to the address that suits you within 2 working days. Couriers usually go during the day, so it is important that someone is present at the desired address during the day. However, the courier may not call in advance. If you are working during the day, the address of the workplace must be indicated as the delivery address.

It is also possible to use the redemption service with the DPD courier. In other words, the customer can pay with the card for the entire order if the courier picks up the package.

Omniva package to the post office (5.49 €)

The customer receives the parcel from a suitable post office. When the parcel arrives at the post office, Omniva will send you a message via SMS and / or e-mail (if the sender has indicated your mobile phone number and / or e-mail address on the package), otherwise we will send the message to the mailbox. When picking up the parcel, bring an identity document with the notice. If you write a power of attorney, someone else can pick up the package sent to you.
