If you purchase from the Medpoint.ee E-store, you have the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 calendar days. The 14-day period starts from the receipt of the notice of arrival of the product at the parcel machine or post office, in case of courier, from the arrival of the parcel at your address.

  • Purchased products can be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application.
  • The returned product must be free of defects, complete, in the original packaging and unused.

  • It is important to know that the money for the goods will be refunded to the same account or card with which the order was paid! (Anti-Money Laundering Act). It takes up to 10 working days for the money to be credited to the account/card.

Right of return within 14 days of receipt (if all conditions attached to the return are met):
  • You notify us of your return request (orders@medpoint.ee). The statement must contain the following information: the product to be returned, the order/invoice number and the billing account to which the money will be returned (Usually we will transfer the money to the same account with which you paid). In addition, we recommend that you indicate the reason why you want to return the order. If the product is purchased as part of a campaign, where another product is added to the product, the buyer must return the entire set, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The goods must be returned within 30 days of the withdrawal application;
  • The product must be unused and correctly packed in the original packaging.
  • The costs of return are borne by the customer (for example, the transport costs paid) in the amount of 194 to 4 € according to § 12 (XNUMX) of the LPA, unless the delivered item does not correspond to the ordered one (wrong or defective product).
    IMPORTANT! If the customer forgets / fails to pick up the parcel and the goods are automatically returned to the sender (Inpello OÜ), the customer is obliged to cover the costs of the refundable amount.
  • If, as a result of the inspection of the condition of the goods performed by the seller after the return of the goods, it has become clear that the goods to be returned have deteriorated, the buyer must be compensated for the decrease in the value of the thing. The seller may submit a request to this effect no later than within one month from the arrival of the returned goods. The buyer is obliged to compensate the value of the goods if the goods have been processed by the buyer, damaged, encumbered with the rights of a third party, etc.

Return of defective or substandard product

If the product does not correspond to the order or is defective, please notify us immediately, but not later than within 2 months of becoming aware of the non-conformity or defect.

The seller may waive the requirement to return a defective product.

There are several options for returning the goods:

OMNIVA: If there was a return code in the SMS upon receipt of the item, the goods can be returned free of charge within 14 days. The address card on the returned parcel should also be attached. Select "Return parcel" on the parcel machine screen, enter the return code and place the parcel in the locker, the courier will add the return address card to the parcel if the parcels need to be picked up. If there is no parcel card left, you can write: OÜ Inpello / 56669222.

SMARTPOST: The parcel can be returned within 14 days with the same code with which you received the parcel. At the machine, you must select Return Package. Enter the code and put the pack in the cupboard. If the original parcel card does not exist, you can write: OÜ Inpello / 56669222.

Be sure to include a statement with the goods!

NB! If there is no possibility to print, the application can also be written in free form together with the application containing information.

The application / claim for the return of the goods will be reviewed within 3 working days from the receipt of the application or the goods by Inpello OÜ. After processing the application, a new product, a replacement product or a refund will be issued within three working days if the goods are available.

If the product requires repair, it may take up to 30 days depending on the product.

The seller has the right to delay the return of the amount paid until you have returned the product or provided proof of return of the product.

Withdrawal from the order before filling the order

If you wish to cancel your order after paying for the products but before the delivery of the goods, please notify the e-mail address immediately. tellimus@medpoint.ee  or call 5288342

In the e-mail or phone, please indicate the order number and add your contact information (first name, surname, date of submission of the order, telephone number)

In case of withdrawal from the contract before we have sent the goods, we will return the purchase amount together with the delivery fee to us no later than within 3 days from the receipt of the application for withdrawal from the contract. We will refund the money to the same account you paid for.
