Each needle is packed in a separate openable package and is inside a separate tube. Just take it out of the package, remove the wedge and stab.
High quality and sterile needles are polished 3 times.
Stop the needle. Stronger grip for better handling (the steel wire thickness of the handle is 0,08 mm thicker than the acupuncture needle, which ensures greater durability).
Class I steel, type II *. High-strength surgical steel. This type of steel is much better and harder
Surgical steel is a variation of steel that usually consists of an alloy of chromium (12-20%), molybdenum (0,2-3%), and sometimes nickel (8-12%).
Chromium gives the metal resistance to wear and corrosion. Nickel gives a smooth and polished finish. Molybdenum provides greater hardness and helps maintain.
High-strength surgical stainless steel 17-4 tends to have a molybdenum content of 2% instead of 0,8% in traditional acupuncture needles. Strength, corrosion resistance and simplified fabrication can make 17-4 stainless steel a cost-effective substitute for both high-strength carbon steels and other stainless grades.
