duo ball

The duo ball is a great helper for massaging and releasing various painful points. Especially effective for massaging the plantar (base of the sole), buttock, back and lower leg. It is also good to massage the shoulder muscles by placing the ball between the wall and the shoulder muscle.
The big advantage of the duo ball over the ball is that it only moves back and forth and thus does not escape from the desired place, for example under the closet :)
