What is Compex Electrotherapy?

Electrostimulation (ES) has long been used only by doctors (eg in physiotherapy). Athletes who used the ES technique to recover from injuries also began to use it to increase muscle efficiency. ES is now a technology open to everyone.

For athletes, Compex products offer the following options:

• muscle optimization - according to the desired goal, the effect of training on the muscles in the desired direction can be enhanced (endurance, strength, etc.)
• accelerating recovery after exercise
• developing certain muscle groups to prevent injuries
• pain relief (tendon problems, muscle contractions)

In physiotherapy, Compex products are used for the following purposes:

• rehabilitation

Specific contraindications to electrical stimulation:
