Sveltus exercise ball is an irreplaceable helper in rehabilitation. In addition, you can do many different exercises with it. The ball has an ABS (Anti Burst System) system, which means that the ball does not break when it explodes, but if the ball should break, the air slowly escapes from the ball.

You have to choose a gymnastic ball according to your height. The most suitable exercise ball is the one on which the hips are slightly higher than the knees when sitting. If there is a sharp angle between the chest and the thighs, it overloads the back muscles and it is not recommended to sit for a long time.

• Under 140 cm → 45 cm stool
• 140–155 cm → 55 cm stool
• 156–170 cm → 65 cm stool
• 171–185 cm → 75 cm stool
• Over 186 cm → 85 cm stool

If you want to use the ball to sit at a desk, it is important that your knees are at a 90-degree angle. Also, if you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for more stability and the larger one for a more intense workout.
