Restores and improves balance, coordination, endurance and fitness.
barefoot training with an extraordinary naturalness similar to walking
on sand, lawns, rocks or whatever
in other natural landscapes. Propriotic mats come in kits that
stimulate the mechanoreceptors in the legs and help to lead
whole body shape.

What is this?
Human Tecar Mats are kits of proprioceptive surfaces of various sizes that are easy to place even in confined spaces and are made of a variety of materials: polyethylene (EPE), polyurethane (EPU), viscoelastic materials, memory foam, and materials specifically designed for this type of technology.
They create surfaces with varying degrees of instability, simulating different natural landscape conditions and forcing the body to constantly re-adjust during proprioceptive training, restoring balance and ultimately restoring tone and strength.
How does it work?
Exercising barefoot on different types of proprioceptive surfaces, made up of different Human Tecar Mats, stimulates the activity of nerve receptors (proprioceptors) naturally found in skeletal muscle, tendons and joints, which determine how a person perceives the position of their body parts in space. The mats have varying degrees of instability and difficulty, making it an ideal workout to control movement and increase proprioceptive ability, balance, dexterity and strength.
.
What are the benefits of this?
Human Tecar mats are specially designed to facilitate the training, rehabilitation and recovery of muscles and ligaments due to proprioceptive stimulation of the bare feet without putting undue pressure on the joints due to the avant-garde materials used.
Due to the different materials used, it allows…
“To stimulate the mechanical receptors on the soles of the feet;
“Avoid mechanical stresses and overloads inosteoarticularly;
”To facilitate higher energy production (about 25% more compared to a rigid surface).
